We are at offer free worldwide shipping with no minimum spend required! However, some products do require shipping costs. These shipping costs will be stated in the product description.

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely shipped each and every time. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping dates based on the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your destination.


Many of our items are sourced in bulk from global suppliers, so our products usually take between 10-30 days to arrive, though in extremely rare circumstances can take longer. Delivery on all items is included in the price.  Don’t be alarmed if you don’t receive all items in a large order at once, we don’t like to keep our dear customers waiting so we send each item as and when it arrives. 

Here is an estimate of the delivery times. Please note that this is only an estimate, not an absolute delivery date.  Things like weather, holiday season, customs issues, logistics hold ups, and more can cause delays that are out of our control.

Tracking my order?

When you’re dealing with worldwide international delivery tracking numbers aren’t available for about 5-7 business days after your order has been processed. To view your tracking number simply click your order link within the delivery confirmation email you received. If not there, please email customer support and we will send you your number.

Why is my order stuck in transit?

Occasionally, orders do get delayed when entered the country. With inspections and customs packages can be stuck for up to 4 weeks with no updates to the tracking. This is fairly uncommon, but it does happen. If your order is stuck and hasn’t moved for several days, unfortunately, there’s nothing that can be done to get it moving again, besides simply waiting it out so I thank you ahead of time for your patience.  

Where’s my package?

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery times listed above send an email to with your order # and ask for a tracking number. We will get back to you with the tracking number asap (usually within 24 hours).

Next, just click on your tracking number in the email to see exactly where your order is in transit. Just keep in mind that tracking information isn’t available until 5-7 business days after your order has been processed.
